Sometimes it can be hard to share our thoughts and feelings with those close to us. We may feel it is unfair to burden them, too shaming or have a fear that it may damage our relationships.
Finding support and a way to cope with our problems can be extremely difficult. I aim to provide you with a safe, supportive and compassionate environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviour, where you will not be judged or criticised.
